All prices exclude VAT at 20% if you're ordering from within the UK.

When shipping outside the UK, we ship DDU (duty unpaid), the customer is responsible for any duty payable in their country. If you're ordering from the EU, no VAT will be charged at the checkout, but the courier will contact you in advance for payment of local VAT before the goods are delivered.

If you're ordering from the US, you should not be charged any import tax on UK goods if the order is less than $800 excluding shipping. For Australia, under AUS$1000 there's no duty to pay, but sales tax may be charged.

In all cases the courier will add an administration charge to cover the cost of collecting tax if it's due.

If you are an EU business customer, please provide your tax ID and EORI number (if you have one) at checkout for customs clearance.
