We ship to the EU on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

• VAT: No VAT is charged at checkout. Your local VAT will be collected by the courier before delivery.

• Duties & Fees: Any applicable duties are your responsibility. Couriers also add an administration fee for handling tax collection.

• Business Customers: Please provide your VAT ID and EORI number (if applicable) at checkout to help with customs clearance.

We ship to the United States on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means:

• Import Tariff & Fees: A 10% import tariff and a £16 DHL customs clearance fee are added at checkout.

• Prepaid Charges: These charges are prepaid, so no additional duties or fees will be requested on delivery.
